D.J.Electro Controls has a full fledge set up located in Vasai (E) with all manufacturing activities carried out under single roof.
Fabrication
We have a state of art fabrication facility backed with latest sheet shearing and press brake machines to carry out the steel fabrication job as per the drawings approved by the clients under constant supervision of our production engineers. The entire fabrication process is done under one single roof.
Busbaring
Cutting, Punching and Bending is done on hydraulic machines to achieve the desired angle and smooth edges. Our 3 in 1 busbars fabrication machine helps with cutting, bending & punching alluminium / copper busbars and speeds up the busbaring process.
Testing
All panel boards manufactured undergo rigerous testing at various stages, these test are done in our factory.
1) Material testing at the time of material received in our stores.
2) Micron test to check the thickness of powder coating
3) Continuity test.
4) Megger test.
5) High voltage tests 2.5 kv for 1 minute.
6) Primary current injection test.
